Tuesday.
Sort of in an "off" mood all day. Finally, motivated to go to the library, and then a run. Got to the library and it was Closed! I knew it was going to also be closed the next day since the 18th is a holiday, and I was desperate to use the internet and look at flights, jobs, etc. Skipped my run, went home, and mom and I drove to Alsunga. Mom went shopping and I went to the library there.
Word...........................................svētku diena = public holiday
Dish.............................................beans and rice for me - I think I've been here too long - it didn't taste good until I put a big dollop of sour cream on it!!
Highlight.......................................getting on the computer and the lady at the Alsunga library is very nice
Lowlight.......................................not getting to run
