Tuesday
Had coffee, went for a run, then we went to Kuldiga - mom, Marija, and Nagite wanted to buy more apples - another 200 or so! and I wanted to get a gift for Valija. It's her birthday today but we are going over to her place tomorrow to celebrate.
I also bought a gift for me! It's a game called Lexico and is in English and Latvian - you have to try and translate the words. Marija, mom, and I played it tonight - guess who won!!!
Word............................metamo kauliņu = roll the dice
Dish..............................raugu pankukas, again.
Highlight......................playing the game!
Random Observation........................I hate the word "čoferis"

ReplyDeletečoferis is "driver" but sounds more like chofer to me, so I don't like it.
i got her a pretty glass vase, similar to the one mom got marija except tall and skinny.
