Monday
Went to Ventspils with mom to go to her eye doctor. The doctor said her right eye (? I think?) is getting worse, as far as her vision goes, but looked into both eyes and didn't see anything alarming. She prescribed blueberries (!!) and something else, another herbal I think. She asked mom how stressed she was! Mom thinks the right eye might be worse because she can't feel the eye drops hit her eye in that eye ever since she had cataract surgery on it.... Then, I spent an hour at the library in Ventspils while mom read a Cat Magazine.

also do you eat the blueberries or squeeze them into your eyes???? hahaha
does mom know what eye disease she has?

ha ha. she hates blueberries (weird!) so she takes them as capsules (in her mouth!).
ReplyDeleteshe has retinal degeneration in both eyes (due to old age) and a small cataract still in her left eye. she had cataract surgery on her right eye in 2006.
